As we are based in Australia to try and keep our overheads as low as possible we do not have a call centre for bookings and enquiries. By keeping everything online based we are able to minimise our staff levels, answer enquiries faster and offer more competitive pricing to you.
Once you have made a booking with us you will be provided with emergency contact numbers for ourselves in Australia and our manager in Bali. These numbers are supplied so you are able to contact us while on holiday in case of emergency if you are not able to access to the internet. We do ask that you only contact these numbers in emergencies and for all other enquires or changes email us on our supplied email addresses.
