My fiancé and I had the BEST time at Bali Safari and Marine Park, having been all of the zoos in Melbourne this experience was priceless. I must admit I had concerns that this was a hoax, I stumbled upon Bali Success while searching bali activities and had second thoughts going through with the booking because the website did not have an ABN number. Thank you for making our booking so smooth and detailed, the map you supplied actually came in very handy. This was our first time to Bali so we were unaware that there was a Kuta Centre and a Kuta Central (see if you can hear the difference when the locals announce it). We did have trouble calling to confirm the shuttle bus and kept getting what seems to be a fax tone, after 2 days we got our hotel concierge to call up for us. Shuttle was great, I was expecting small mini van but it was a comfortable aircon bus, the driver was friendly and we were able to cut in line at the park as we have already paid. The rhino package we got was the best choice to experience what Bali Safari had to offer not to mention the freebies.

i absolutely loved the ultimate water sport package and the underwater walking activity.
i also booked the basic bali safari (but i recommend the more expensive package as it might include more)
everything was well organised and staff were all friendly and most of all it was a GREAT experience!

Firstly I must thank-you for your prompt response + credits in relation to my late cancellations & then my re-booking – your service is fantastic!!!
Our first tour booking with you was for the Bali Safari Park; this was a fantastic day & the courtesy bus on the way there was comfortable & welcoming; however; I feel I need to bring to your attention the courtesy bus booked for on the way back (I had a booking in advance was over booked, the organizers then placed us on a smaller substitute bus & without advising me or confirming told the driver he would be renumerated by the people on the bus; he then proceeded to drop us 35 minutes from our actual hotel & we had to walk back to our hotel the Bali Dynasty – I had a small child with me & found this service to be absolutely appalling. I would recommend you advise any future clients to book with your drivers rather than the Safari Park courtesy bus.
Our second booking was the Dolphin Swim in Lovina – this was a fantastic experience & our driver supplied by your organization “Gede” was absolutely fantastic and could not do enough for us. After our Dolphin swim + lunch he took us through the mountains & showed us different sites that we had not seen before on our many trips to Bali.
Gede is an asset to your organization & when we return to Bali we will definitely be using your company for further tours & would specifically request “Gede”
Once again thank-you for your professional manner in which you handled our bookings, cancellations & re-bookings, we will recommend your organization to all our family & friends when they travel to Bali.

Note from BST: Unfortunately as the shuttle bus is a free courtesy service offered by Bali Safari Park we have no control over the operations of this service however will be advising the park of the feedback regarding this service. We do offer private return transfers and suggest that paying the additional $45 per van for this service is worth it as you are able to arrive at the park upon opening and your driver will wait at the park until you are ready to return to your hotel.
