Some watersports are dependant on weather, wind and tide conditions. Morning is the recommended time to book these activities as the tide is usually high and the wind low. As the weather can not be predicted we offer 3 different policies to protect you in case of activities being cancelled for your own safety:

  • You may replace your activity with another safer option OR
  • You may return on another day to complete your activities OR
  • Contact us and we will give you a full refund of all activities cancelled

Bookings paid for via Paypal/Credit Card may be made with more than 24 hours notice. Bank deposit payments require a minimum of 7 days booking notice.
